THE BEGGINING
What until 1997 was a bar of good and bad deaths in Plaza Cisneros in the Guayaquil neighborhood of Medellín, re-emerges in 2017 as the new Perro Negro.
Once a bar for thugs, singers and footballers, in the 21st century it has been revived as a pure reggaeton club in Provence.
GO HARD
Since 2017, Club Perro Negro has provided its attendees with a safe space for perreo. A dark basement where sensuality reemerges among neon lights and people dance heatedly without judging anyone.
Although the reggaeton boom in Medellín occurred between 2000 and 2001, it was not until the creation of Club Perro Negro that a place existed that played only and exclusively reggaeton.
DROP IT LOW
It took around 16 years for a perreo nightclub to exist that has endured over time, becoming a benchmark for the genre with exponential growth thanks to its audience and artists from the city who are now globally recognized.

We created a perreo culture so that it could go beyond Medellín, so that it could not only be experienced in our basement in Provenza and, now, in Miami.
